I used to use ibus input to type in Korean.
With my current version of linux mint right-ALT (hangul) button does not toggle between English and Korean.
Installing nabi resolves this problem.
1. Ubuntu Software Centre - search nabi - install
2. Input Method - choose 'Hangul'
3. Restart xserver
